MMW1 and DFA recently released an excellent single by Berlin-based electronic pop singer/songwriter/producer Dan Bodan, "DP" b/w "Aaron". Next week, October 7, the label releases a new 7" from Bodan, which features this "demo version" of a song Bodan recorded in 2009, along with a cover of the song from Hot Chip's Alexis Taylor. Fun fact: Taylor and Bodan met for the first time in Berlin a while back, and after hearing "Under a Cancer Sky", Taylor played the song in his DJ set at the legendary dance mecca Berghain.
