"Contact" is a perfect name for the title track of RxGibbs' forthcoming album for Cascine. The song is a welcoming world, from the crystalline splash of guitar notes to the ever-present glow of synth pads. The bumping low end that Michigan producer Ron Gibbs provides is quickly joined by the bounce of a timeless breakbeat and just the slightest hints of a human voice. Everything sounds familiar and warm with a sound palette like that is as inviting as it is intriguing.
