Dude York are three, uh, dudes from Seattle. On July 10, they're releasing the Escape from Dude York EP via the Sound of Sweet Nothing, which features five fuzzed out pop tracks. "Fuck City" is one of the EP's major highlights-- it's a loud, fast, propulsive, sunny pop song about a city where people like to...well, you get it. It features a no frills guitar solo that springboards off a power pop melody. It would be a great theme song for GOB Bluth's real estate development idea of the same name.
