Erika Forster, a singer and keyboardist for Brooklyn synth-pop trio Au Revoir Simone, breaks out on her own on July 10, with an eponymous five-song EP as Erika Spring for Cascine. "Hidden" is a song from that EP, and it's a foray into bolder production and denser musical arrangements, as Forster wraps her lilting coo of a voice in a translucent shroud of atmospheric hooks, punchy drum beats, and a handful of lulling synth melodies.
