Seattle-based musician Peter Michel records tropical-sounding electro-pop as Hibou; he already has one EP in the can, Dunes, and he's working on a full-length for release some time in 2014. The bright, beaming "Hide Away" is the first song we're hearing from it, and the tune sounds a little like if the Tough Alliance's all-golden motifs merged with L.A. duo Kisses' own approach to summery pop music.
