Bristol-via-London producer Ross Tones, aka Throwing Snow, is readying his latest EP, Aspera. It's out December 3 via his label Snowfall. (He also runs the labels Left Blank and A Future Without.) We've already heard the title track. Now, Dummy has shared EP closer "Behest". Though it opens with a slow crackle and some fragmented, hazy R&B, it eventually drops a steady, pulsating beat. Since there are so many sonic elements just beneath the surface of the song's early moments, it's a satisfying payoff when the track finds solid footing in the synth melodies near the end.
