“I am so genuinely astonished with how hard this album goes. Like seriously this so underrated and probably one of my favourite UK Bass albums right now. It's concise, being only 8 tracks long, but it's sweet and gives you everything you could want from an album from 'NOTION'. It starts off with 'Found Love' with Carrie Baxter which has quite possibly the most addictive hook in any garage song to this day, before diving into drum and bass/jungle with 'Cherry' which actually, I didn't realise at first, features a vocal from then-upcoming artist Nia Archives despite not being directly credited as a feature. After a consistent run of non stop late-night bangers, it's brought down to earth with 'Circles' featuring Paige Eliza which is essentially much slower than the majority of the tracks of the album tempo-wise and is probably my favourite - you just need to listen to it, along with the rest if this jaw-droppingly nan-slapping record. Top 3 Standouts: - Circles (feat. Paige Eliza) - Found Love (feat. Carrie Baxter) - Cherry Worst Tracks (not necessarily terrible): - 1997 - On It (feat. Snowy)”
