“At its best, the rarities set Daughter of Cloud is a reminder of how good Kevin Barnes can be when he imposes discipline on his talent for groove-heavy psych-rock. Unfortunately, Daughter also has plenty of examples of what happened to Of Montreal's music once he grew bored with discipline.”
