“**💭 Thoughts:** I think the experimentation on this album is just something people aren’t used to from Tame Impala. However, compared to his other albums, it’s most certainly his weakest. All the songs on this album are either a high or a low, with very little in between, making it a pretty inconsistent listen. “This album is kinda overhated slightly. Is it the worst in his catalog? Yes. But is it the worst of this year or in a while like a lot of ppl r saying? Absolutely not. This is prob top ten album of this year but compared to what Kevin has made this is a little letdown but this still had great bangers on here (also I apologize if the way I’ve been reviewing seems inconsistent I’m trying to find the best flow for rating albums lmk if this way is better, the way being rate very song individually then average their scores and rate the album and lmk if I need to change)”
