With me being Sierra Leonean, I loved Diamonds from Sierra Leone!! He definitely did his research on blood diamonds and overall represented the country well. There are a lot of skits in this album but I don’t mind it too much they’re funny and they flow with the album. I feel like in The College Dropout they didn’t flow as well as they did in Late Registration.”
“So much weaker than ‘The College Dropout’ before it and even ‘Graduation’ after it. It’s still got some massive hits but I feel like it has no real flow to the album like ‘The College Dropout’ had. The skits in this album don’t really hit for me either. It was less consistent and is more of a "listen through" album than a "throw it on your playlist" album. I respect anyone who likes this album more or less than graduation but graduation on top for me.”
