β**π Thoughts:** Coming from Iowa, Slipknotβs 1999 self-titled debut still holds up today as one of the greatest nu-metal albums of all time. I love the powerful riffs, outstanding drumming, and of course Corey Taylorβs intense and raw vocals. Arguably one of the best metal debut albums. **πΆ Tracklist Review** 1.) 742617000027 βͺοΈ 2.) βGreat album. Far from slipknots best work but hearing their new stuff makes this sound absolutely phenomenal. Joey Jordison is a top 5 drummer and Corey Taylor is a top 5 vocalist. They both shine very brightly on this album. Wait and bleed and Eyeless stand out from the rest. the first handful of tracks on the album are great but it drops off quickly from there.β
