“Project: #039 of 2026 projects I reviewed Title: To Whom This May Concern Artist: Jill Scott Jill's latest LP comes off very strong to the listener, very bold and in your face Neo-Soul production, orbiting a mix of rap and R&B to make a very intruiging mixture. Occasionally the lyricism does feel detached from the vocals, but the overall vocal performances are great besides that and I feel it does blend in with the overall mixes of each track.
