“Well, I was hoping to be blown away by this by surprise. I wasn't. I was a little surprised that I wanted to love or hate this and instead I found it better than average. So much so, that I am debating on actually keeping the album. It is a really decent picture of R and B in 1999. Several times, I found my toe tapping and thinking that song is decent! So, while it is not my fav R&B it wasn't horrible.”
