Yeezus strips everything down to jagged synths, industrial percussion, and an overall experimental sound . It’s abrasive, confrontational, and intentionally uncomfortable. The production is skeletal but explosive; which is created by distorted bass, metallic drums, harsh textures that feel more like machinery noise than music. Yet, beneath all the chaos lies vulnerability. “Hold My Liquor” is lonely and spiraling. “Blood on the Leaves” blends rage with heartbreak. While “Bound 2” ends the album with warped sincerity. This is not necessarily aux music, but this is Kanye’s ego at the loudest. He’s cohesive, confrontational, and emotionally unstable.”
“Now I know this is a seriously biased ranking. But I can’t hold it back. This was the album that got me listening to more music. The lyrics are so depressing over industrial beats it’s perfect, Ye raps about his state of being on top of the world. Feeling like a god and suffering from it. The production is phenomenal, with Daft Punk, Gestaffelstein, Travis Scott and so many other great and talented industrial producers. And on top of that Rick Rubin coming in to minimize it all into what it is, was the best thing that happened to this album. Giving it more a clean and precise feel to the project. The flaws is that this album is too short. Maybe a few more tracks. And little bit more rage to the vibe. Sometimes it can feel a bit too mellow. Overall TRY THIS ALBUM.”
“I can respect any opinion on this album. I think ill learn to like this album as i listen to it more i know ill like it more. Its certainly a listen through album and not a playlist filler so i dont even know if ill be returning to it. Redux: Just found out about the message of the album where all songs talk about idolizing himself into a god where being bound means being controlled, but in the last song, bound 2, the man who just portrayed himself as a god wants the most human thing, love, and now the word bound is an choice he makes of binding himself to that person he loves. truly beautiful.”

Guilt trip: Underrated banger, Cudi’s verse on this song is heavenly. 2. Blood on the leaves: the cinematic buildup and drop makes it a 10/10 song 3. “Really confusing album. It’s a horrible listen but something seems to pull you to it and want more of it. The production is really out there and crazy sounding with a lot of production coming from Kanye, Mike Dean & Daft Punk. The synths (which are featured throughout the album) are synonymous with Mike Dean but instead of a smooth sound it’s very grungy and almost out of control. Some good stuff from Kanye lyrically as well. Top songs off the album for me are ‘On Sight’ ‘Black Skinhead’ ‘Hold My Liquor’ ‘Bound 2’”
